ABOUT
Michael Clauss
Mr.Clauss has built marketing and business development groups for
business large and small. He specializes in highly focused customer
service programs. At MCI he managed major account teams and marketed
business services. For several years he advised Microsoft on marketing
wireless and mobile devices. For Amazon.com he managed marketing within
All Product Search - responsible for 70% of Amazon.com's revenue. He
also marketed Amazon Anywhere for wireless shopping. He has recently
been consulting and has advised many companies on strategy and marketing.
Daniel Herb
Daniel has focused his career on technology consulting and strategy
development. Daniel is experienced in developing methodologies and
processes to identify and maximize value creation for businesses,
both in competitive intelligence and in new product development,
particularly bringing new service products to market. Daniel worked
at Strategic Decisions Group, a Stanford Research Institute
spin-off, for six years before leaving to help launch a new services
product at Amazon.com. Subsequently he was a founder and managing
director for Saltmine Digital Strategies, whose customers included
Seattle's Best Coffee, Muzak and several internet start-ups.
Michelle Sheiman
Michelle has spent 21 years in technology management and business
operations management, specifically in product development, product
management, marketing, hardware & software engineering, process
reengineering, technology strategy, operations, project management
and business planning. Her industry experience includes e-commerce,
wireless, semiconductor, healthcare, retail, insurance and public
sector. She has worked for IBM, Oracle, Amazon.com, and her own
consulting company, Z Creek. She has consulted with customers such
as Kaiser Permanente, Safeway, Bank of America and several
non-profits.
